Stress Management Through Workplace Associations with Productivity and Mood: The Impact of Learning Experience Based on Hybrid RF-GA-DNN Approach

Several businesses have lately implemented plans to increase staff hours, streamline operations, and better manage workloads in response to the fast economic boom. They want to stabilise the market and improve their own companies' fortunes at the same time. Based on the theory of psychological capital, this method examines how an individual's positive psychological capital relates to their ability to manage stress at work. Three distinct phases make up the process: preprocessing, feature selection, and training the model. Preprocessing includes both personalisation and SOM; nevertheless, SOM yields more precise results. In feature selection, a subset of distinct features is chosen from a bigger pool of features in order to construct a classification or regression model. Using the RF-GA-DNN approach, it trained this model. Comparing this method to GA and DNN makes it look antiquated. With a staggering accuracy percentage of 95.03 %, the data plainly demonstrates progress.
