A Novel Portable Electrochemiluminescence Detection Device Based on SiPM

Focused on the demand for a low-cost and portable ECL signal detecting device in the field. In this paper, a portable weak ECL detection device based on SiPM is proposed. This device utilizes SiPM tubes as the sensor, with an embedded microcontroller as the control core of the system. It adopts a three-electrode system, uses cyclic voltammetry to arouse ECL, and implements FPGA to count the optical pulse signals. By adopting the BPCL ultra-weak luminescence analyzer as a comparison, the practical results demonstrate that the proposed device effectively accomplish accurate detection of weak ECL signals. With practicality and convenience, the designed portable ECL detection device provides an effective solution for on-site real-time detection and analysis.
