/Spiro-OMeTAD perovskite solar cell (PSC) by varying the acceptor density (NA) and thickness of the active layer. The device may be simulated with the help of the Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS-1D) application. The device's structure is optimized with MA

Sb
2
I
9
functioning as the absorber or active layer, TiO
2
functioning as the electron transport layer (ETL), and Spiro-OMeTAD functioning as the hole transport layer (HTL). The goal is to maximize photon absorption from solar energy and the show the effect of these variations on the PV parameters of the device.
