Reform and Practice of Material Sorting Training Course Based on Digital Twin Technology

In the production process of enterprises, material sorting is very important. Material sorting has manual and mechanical, among which manual material sorting requires practical training. The traditional practical training courses can no longer meet the problem of manual material sorting training in enterprise production. Therefore, this paper proposes a digital twin technology for practical analysis of material sorting. First of all, digital technology is used to reform and optimize the material sorting training course, and the indicators are divided according to the requirements of the material sorting training to reduce the interference factors in the material sorting training. Then, the digital technology optimizes the results of the material sorting training courses produced by the enterprise, forms a material sorting training program, and comprehensively analyzes the material sorting training results. MATLAB simulation shows that under the condition of certain evaluation standards, the effect of digital twin technology on the practical training of material sorting produced by enterprises and the feasibility of material sorting practical training are better than those of traditional practical training courses.
