Optimized Power Control in Off-Grid DC Microgrids with Hybrid Energy Storage Solutions

This study focuses on how solar cells, wind turbines, and battery charging and discharging help manage power across multiple sources on the grid. In order to maintain the necessary voltage in the PV block, we have connected the inverter to convert the solar DC supply to an AC supply, and we have also linked the load to the inverter. The battery block's bidirectional DC-DC converter is utilized to both boost and buck the voltage. Controlling charging and discharging is done via the PI controller. A permanent magnet synchronous machine was attached to the turbine block, and the microgrid was connected to it after a rectifier was developed to change the output AC voltage into DC voltage.
