Web Machine Learning Based Gym Trainer

In this paper, a new approach of guidance for your daily routine of exercises and to avoid unexpected injuries is proposed. Nowadays many people are aware about their physical health so they turn towards a healthy routine of exercise, but without a proper guidance many people face certain injuries by doing the wrong exercises. On an average, 31% of people face body injuries while working out at home or gym due to lack of proper guidance or training. We here propose a model of body tracking using Web ML which helps the user get a complete guidance of his/her exercise routine. This project uses Javasccript's Tensorflow.js moveNET tool to track the body and the real time feedback is given to the user while performing exercises.
