Optimal Tuning of Dominate Parameters of Complex Electromechanical System Based on Fuzzy PID Control

In view of the unreasonable setting of PID parameters in industrial field conditions, a parameter tuning strategy based on PID improvement with optimal error performance is proposed. PID dominate method has become the most widely used dominate method because of its simple structure, strong adaptability and independent of the accurate model of the dominateled object. But at the same time, it is difficult to apply it in dynamic, nonlinear and uncertain systems due to the difficulty of parameter tuning. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces digital dominate, analyzes the current research status of self-tuning methods, and then focuses on the principles and design methods of self-tuning and fuzzy self-tuning based on correlation coefficient identification. However, the traditional PID dominateler has simple structure and strong robustness, but due to its own linear combination of three components, there are contradictions between the static and dynamic performance, tracking the set value and restraining the disturbance ability of the dominateler. In this paper, the conventional PID method is used to dominate the system. When all the performance indicators of the system do not need to meet the requirements, it is only necessary to keep the system stable. At this time, this group of parameters is used as the initial value of the PID parameter adjustment. Then use fuzzy dominate to fine-tune the PID parameters online to make the system performance index meet the requirements.
