Design of Enterprise Digital Salary Management System Based on Deep Learning

If an enterprise wants to retain talents, it must formulate a reasonable salary management system, and provide employees with a good working environment and a good promotion and development channel, so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees and realize the healthy and stable development of the enterprise. This paper summarizes the connotation of enterprise human resource salary management, studies the application of DL technology in enterprise digital salary management system, and tests the performance of the algorithm to verify its feasibility in enterprise digital salary management. For the traditional NN (Neural network) algorithm, the MAE (Mean absolute error) of this algorithm is reduced by about 9.18%. Compared with CNN (Convective Neural Network) algorithm, the MAE of this algorithm is reduced by about 5.97%. At the same time, the accuracy of the algorithm is better, and the system stability is higher. Driven by big data, enterprises provide employees with more suitable welfare protection through the digital innovation of human resources salary management, which can not only meet the actual needs of employees, but also enhance their initiative and creativity through incentives, and create conditions for the improvement of the economic benefits of enterprises while improving their personal abilities.
