Advancing Child and Maternal Health: A System Dynamics Exploration of Policy Interventions to Tackle Socioeconomic Disparities

This study delves deep into the multifaceted child and maternal health domain, focusing on policy interventions to mitigate socioeconomic disparities. Utilizing a system dynamics approach, we have integrated various factors such as “Uni-versal Healthcare Access”, “Income Support Programs”, and “Education Equity Initiatives”. We have meticulously analyzed the complex relationships among these elements by investigating dynamic feedback loops. The striking results show the potential for well-designed policy interventions to improve maternal and child health significantly and the reduction of health disparities. Our findings underline the necessity of holistic and multi-pronged approaches to address socioeconomic disparities within the healthcare system, thus promoting the well-being of both mothers and children.
