Research on Visual Cue Labeling Strategy to Promote Deep Learning of College Students

Under the background of digital transformation, information visualization has become a trend. Traditional text materials have been digitized into charts, animations, videos and other diversified forms. Visual materials, as an intuitive, easy to understand and remember medium, have become an important way for students to acquire knowledge and information, but students' learning effect has not improved with the emergence of visual materials. Even the phenomenon of “passing through” learning has increased a lot, so how visual materials promote students' deep learning is worth exploring. In this paper, visual cue labeling of visual materials is used to analyze whether visual cue labeling can promote deep learning of college students, so as to further propose visual cue labeling strategies to promote deep learning of college students. The research results are conducive to improving the teaching effect of visual materials and reducing the phenomenon of students' “cursory” learning, so as to facilitate the development of digital transformation of education.
