Fostering Alumni Involvement and Professional Advancement: A User-Centric Perspective on the National University Alumni Portal

This study investigates the National University's Alumni Portal's user-centric approach, aiming to enhance alumni involvement and professional growth. By employing a prototype methodology, the portal's design evolves iteratively, incorporating features such as seamless navigation, enhancing user experiences via seamless navigation, personalized content, and user-friendly features, fostering alumni-to-alumni interactions, mentorship, job opportunities, and social impact engagement. The study underscores the significance of alumni engagement in strengthening institutional reputation, curriculum development, and industry relevance. Following a prototyping methodology, the portal iteratively refines its offerings based on user feedback, resulting in an effective and engaging platform. The portal's AI-powered career guidance further enhances alumni success and continuous learning. The research contributes to understanding the impact of user-focused alumni initiatives on educational institutions and their graduates.
