Research on Direct Voltage Sliding Mode Control for Distributed Power-Collection and Cascaded Boosting-Voltage Converter

Distributed power-collection and cascaded boosting-voltage (DPCB) system suffers from slow dynamic response speed and complex parameter design under the traditional cascaded double-loop PI control structure. In this paper, a single loop Silding model control strategy is proposed to improve transient and steady state performance. Two aspects are studied as follows. First, based on the analysis of system operation, the average state-space equation is built. Second, a single loop SMC control strategy is designed to heighten dynamic performance after established the average state-space equation. Finally, simulations are carried out to verify the proposed strategy feasibility and effectiveness.
