Stability analysis of T-S fuzzy systems with time-varying delay via a novel quadratic function negative-determination lemma

This paper focuses on the stability problem of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time-varying delay. Firstly, a new quadratic function negative-determination lemma is put forward. Secondly, suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) is constructed through as possible as completely considering information coupling. Thirdly, a novel stability criterion is established using the constructed LKF and the proposed lemma. Finally, a well-known numerical example is introduced, which aims to effectively prove the superiority.
