Android Monitoring Application Development Based on Suspension Durability Testing System Cloud Platform

The suspension durability testing system is a fundamental tool to simulate the actual working condition and complete the durability fatigue life testing of the indoor automotive air suspension. The cloud platform of the suspension durability testing system makes it possible to carry out remote desktop monitoring of the system. However, due to its intrinsic monitoring attributes, the scope of the application is limited. In this paper, we develop an Android mobile monitoring Application, By analyzing the principle and requirements of the cloud platform, we extensively design the status monitoring and state control function of the mobile terminal to the testing system. Specifically, we utilize the synergy of the JDBC interface and MQTT communication protocol to realize the system. The testing results show that the development of the Android application of the suspension durability testing cloud platform can accurately reflect the operation status of the system, and can load and control the testing system in time, which achieves the expected development effect.
