Research on DC Bus Voltage Regulation in Islanded and Grid-Connected Modes of Hybrid Microgrid

As environmental and energy issues become increasingly prominent, the penetration rate of new energy distributed power generation is also increasing. In the operation process of new energy AC-DC hybrid microgrid, improving the stability of DC bus voltage is of great research significance. This paper takes the AC-DC hybrid microgrid composed of photovoltaic power generation units, battery energy storage units, loads and DC/DC converters as the research object. In the off-grid operation mode, the entire system is divided into two operating modes according to the DC bus voltage; in the grid-connected operation mode, the entire system is divided into two operating modes according to the battery SoC (State of Charge). Study different control strategies in different working modes. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified through simulation.
