Preliminary Design of Predictive Maintenance for Helium Screw Compressor Based on Industrial Internet Platform

The aim of this paper is to research and design a predictive maintenance scheme based on an industrial internet platform to prevent the failure of the helium screw compressor, a key cryogenic equipment, from affecting the operational efficiency of the system. The research object is the helium screw compressor, which is the core equipment of 1kW@4.5K helium refrigerator. The design relies on the equipment status data accumulated by the operation and maintenance of the cryogenic system for many years to study the potential fault types and key characteristic indexes of the equipment, so as to establish the intelligent fault prediction model. On the basis of this model, this paper plans to design a complete set of predictive maintenance processes based on the industrial internet platform, including real-time data acquisition, fault diagnosis, maintenance decision support, etc. It aims to effectively improve the level of intelligent management of the equipment, and to improve the operation reliability and efficiency of the helium screw compressor.
