Digital twin-based change control for supply chain system

To investigate supply chain system interruptions in the context of complex environmental influences, this paper proposes a digital twin-based change control for supply chain systems. Firstly, a dual-space four-layer digital twin supply chain system framework is introduced by combining digital twin technology with supply chain systems. Secondly, a dynamic model for the supply chain system is developed based on the structural characteristics of the supply chain system. To address uncertain parameters in complex environments, the digital twin similarity contrast method is employed for parameter determination. Thirdly, a change controller based on the output of a state observer is designed using a hysteresis switching law for the dynamic model constructed in this paper. The sufficient conditions for the solvability of the change control problem are provided utilizing the theory of minimax robust control. Simulation results show that the method in this paper is superior compared to the traditional change control.
