Rural end logistics site-route planning based on two-layer programming

Solving the "last mile" problem of rural logistics distribution is an important strategy to prosper rural e- commerce, promote the upgrading of farmers' consumption, improve farmers' quality of life, and serve the country's rural revitalization. This work proposes to adopt the "joint distribution-collection" model without establishing a joint distribution center in the rural end logistics distribution and establishes a two-stage site-path planning model, which is used to solve the rural end logistics distribution problem. A town in the southern Plain is taken as an example to obtain all the points of interest (POI) and the path information between them. Then we select the delivery point of interest set from all the points of interest, and use the distribution of buildings to simulate the actual distribution of express volume. The calculation results show that this method is effective.
