Research on Rated Condition Control Strategy of Air Conditioner Compressor for Vehicle Heat Pump

In the vehicle heat pump air conditioning compressor system, the compressor enters a rated condition, and the speed needs to be adjusted according to the user's refrigeration or heating needs. Based on the analysis of the stable operating process of the compressor of the heat pump air conditioner, this paper proposes a stable operating control strategy based on the high-order synoptic observation algorithm, which may lead to inaccurate rotor position information, compressor chattering, torque loss and excessive energy consumption. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can locate the rotor position information more accurately than the traditional synovial observer algorithm, and make the compressor run smoothly under rated working conditions.
