Dynamic Event-triggered Consensus Control for Discrete-time Stochastic Markov Jump Multi-agent Systems with Probabilistic Time-varying Delays

Dynamic Event-triggered consensus control for a class of discrete-time stochastic Markov jump multi-agent systems with probabilistic time-varying delays is investigated in this paper. The systems with probabilistic time-varying delays are equivalent to the time-varying delays systems with random coefficients through a Bernoulli variable. We convert consensus control problem to stability problem by Laplacian matrix properties. A dynamic event-triggered strategy is introduced into the designing of the consensus protocol in order to improve energy utilization efficiency. The new criteria for the mean square consensus are presented by designing a suitable Lyapunovkrasonvskii functional, stochastic analysis and matrix inequality techniques. In the end, the effectiveness is given by simulation example.
