Secondary Aggregation Control Strategy for Typical County Territory Load

This paper proposes a strategy for secondary aggregation prediction optimization control to mitigate the peak impact of typical county territory loads, thereby achieving power balance. Initially, a secondary classification is established based on the differences in electricity consumption scenarios and customer satisfaction in county territory areas. and the adaptive fuzzy C-means algorithm is used to observe the differences in county typical load demands and latency. Subsequently, the LSTM model is employed to predict county typical loads and adjustable capacity for the formulation of control strategies. Finally, an optimization algorithm suitable for aggregated loads is proposed, with the objective function considering economic benefits and customer satisfaction, to minimize power control costs. The rationality and effectiveness of this strategy were validated through case studies.
