Research on oil field injection wells coupled flow simulation of wellbore-flow Controller-stratum and cooperative regulation model

Layered water injection process is a key means to improve the effect of refined water injection development. At present, the regulation of injection wells predominantly depend on manual experience and exploratory measurement and adjustment by instrumentation, which leads to time-consuming and wasteful deployment of several layers and a low rate of injection qualification. This paper presents a simulation model for layered injection wellbore-Flow Controller-stratum coupled flow, utilizing the principles of energy conservation and material balance criterion. The model provides a solution method for determining the injection volume of multiple layers, employing the Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm. Additionally, an optimization method based on the genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed, aiming to minimize injection error and wellhead pressure. Taking the X-01 well of 4-layer section as an example, the optimization decision process of the blending plan with the lowest cumulative injection error under different injection pressure requirements is simulated, and the global optimization performance of genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm (PSO) is compared and analyzed. The study shows that the model and method in this paper have high computational accuracy, strong global optimization ability, strong adaptability of the formulated regulation scheme, and little cumulative injection error, which provides a scientific decision-making method and excellent analytical tool for the formulation of refined regulation scheme for sub-injection wells, and it has good theoretical and practical value for the promotion of refined development of the oilfield.
