Deformation prediction of ship plate hot working based on IGWO-SVM

Line heating is the mainstream processing method for ship plate, but it is still time-consuming and labour-intensive to get it by mechanic's experience processing. In this paper, in order to study its deformation effect, an Improved Grey Wolf Algorithm Optimized Support Vector Machine (IGWO-SVM) is proposed for the prediction of surface deformation of ship plate. On the basis of establishing the heat source model and obtaining the original data through Ansys simulation, the IGWO-SVM is used to predict the deformation of the ship plate surface, and with the processing experience of the workers as a guide, an accurate prediction model is established. It is proved by Matlab experiments that the prediction model has high prediction accuracy on the basis of ensuring the reliability of the data, which can provide guidance for actual processing.
