Research on electromagnetic active damping control of permanent magnet electric suspension system

In order to solve the problem of under-damping of the permanent magnet electric levitation system, a scheme to add electromagnetic active control on the basis of permanent magnet electric levitation was proposed, which solved the problem of insufficient suspension stability of the system and was verified by experiments. In order to solve the problem of the poor disturbance suppression ability of the controller, an online optimization control algorithm for the permanent magnet electric and electromagnetic hybrid suspension system was proposed to further improve the anti-disturbance ability of the system. Firstly, the mapping relationship between the transient levitation force and the electromagnetic parameters and structural parameters of the permanent magnet electric suspension system is clarified, the expressions of the damping and damping coefficients of the permanent magnet electric suspension system are derived, and the problem of insufficient stability of the electric suspension system is pointed out. Secondly, the electromagnetic active control scheme is proposed to improve the stability of the system, and the controller is designed and verified by experiments on the basis of the permanent magnet electric and electromagnetic hybrid levitation model.
