Memristor-based chaotic synchronization control and circuit experiments via single-input controller

This paper proposes a design method for a chaotic synchronization single-input controller for the synchronization control problem of memristor-based chaotic systems. Firstly, based on the Chua’s chaotic system, a memristor-based chaotic system is constructed by using a cubic smooth nonlinear mem- ristor model instead of the Chua’s diode. Secondly, based on the theory of chaotic synchronization, the constructed memristor- based chaotic system is utilized as the driver system and the response system to design a chaotic synchronization singleinput feedback controller. Then, a memristor-based chaotic synchronization control system is built under the action of this controller. Finally, experimental verification and analysis are conducted. The experimental results demonstrate that the designed synchronization controller has a simple structure and can respond quickly.
