Optimal dispatching strategy of distribution network considering the cooperation of reversing switch and flexible interconnection equipment

With the promotion of global low-carbon construction and new power system construction, distributed photovoltaic (PV) is connected to medium and low voltage distribution networks (MLVDN) in large scale. To improve the PV absorption capacity of distribution networks and ensure the technical and economic efficiency of regulation, an optimal dispatching strategy of reversing switch and soft open point (SOP) is proposed. Firstly, the ability of each device to participate in optimal scheduling is described, and the advantages, disadvantages and complementarities of each device's ability are analyzed. Secondly, considering the constraints of equipment operation, power balance and power quality, an optimization model is established to improve power quality and network operation economy, and the model is transformed into a second-order cone solution. Finally, the function of this method is verified in a typical flexible interconnection topology.
