Adaptive Load Management Scheme for Mission-critical Distribution Networks

A new scheme of load management tailored for mission-critical distribution networks is introduced in this paper. A distinctive feature of the new scheme is its utilization of the breaker array within the distribution networks as the primary control mechanism, simplifying the real-world application for industrial practitioners. It also serves as a best practice in sectors where mission-critical power distribution networks play a crucial role. To demonstrate the scheme’s practical functionality and effectiveness, an example of a real-world industrial setting employing the adaptive load management system is provided. Operational results indicate that this new scheme surpasses conventional methods in both reliability and efficiency.
