Study on Partial Discharge Characteristics of Oil-paper Insulation Modified by C60 Nanoparticles

This study investigates the impact of C
60
nanoparticles on the partial discharge characteristics of oil-paper insulation. Various concentrations of C
60
Nano-oil were used to modify insulating cardboard, and changes in partial discharge characteristics of pinboard defects under AC and composite voltages were analyzed. Results show that under AC voltage, discharge frequency and average discharge current initially decrease before increasing, while maximum discharge volume and power decrease before increasing. Under composite voltage, discharge frequency remains stable before increasing, while average discharge current and power decrease before increasing. Finally, the shape features and eigen quantities of the normalized PRPD maps are analyzed, and model construction and mechanism analysis of oil-paper insulated pinboard discharges are carried out. The results show that the addition of C
60
nanoparticles significantly enhances the partial discharge performance of oil-paper insulation, with practical application value. This study provides theoretical guidance for nanotechnology in power system insulation materials.
