Research on the Scheduling Strategy of Cluster Electric Vehicle Aggregator under the Dual Mechanism of time-of-use Electricity Price and Peak Shaving Auxiliary Service

With the expansion of new energy power generation and electric vehicles, the peak regulation capacity of the power grid is facing challenges. In this context, the power grid strengthens the management of electric vehicles and guides the orderly charging of electric vehicle users, which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the promotion of electric vehicles. Under the electricity market mechanism, one of the common concerns is that the participation of electric vehicles in the economic dispatch of peak shaving becomes. At present, the charging price of electric vehicles in China is mainly the peak and valley time-of-use electricity price mechanism. On the basis of the time-of-use electricity price mechanism, this paper also considers the participation of electric vehicles in the peak shaving auxiliary service market, and constructs an orderly charging and discharging model of cluster electric vehicles. Through case analysis, this paper compares the charging and discharging strategies and peak shaving potential of electric vehicles under different electricity price mechanisms. Finally, this paper verifies the feasibility of cluster electric vehicles participating in the peak shaving market, and shows that electric vehicles can play a greater role in the peak shaving auxiliary service market.
