Simulation of the Short Circuit of the Insulated Tubular Busbars in High Voltage Test Room

During normal operation of the high-voltage test room, short circuit faults may occur due to human settings or test environments, leading to the disruption of the operating status of the test system. When a fault occurs in the insulated tubular of the high-voltage test room, due to the voltage level of equipment such as the high-voltage test room impulse generator being above 100kV, it will cause the insulated tubular to generate a large short-circuit current and generate short-circuit electro dynamic force. If the insulation support conditions are insufficient, it will lead to serious consequences, threaten the safe operation of the test room, and cause huge economic losses. Therefore, ensuring that the insulated tubular equipment in the laboratory can have sufficient safety margin under normal working conditions (rated voltage, rated frequency, rated working current) and short circuit conditions (large short circuit current flowing through the conductor), and ensuring that the insulated tubular equipment can not be damaged under various operating states of the system, is of great significance for improving the safety and stability of laboratory construction.
