Charging Load Forecasting of Electric Vehicles Considering User’s Bounded Rationality

Currently, most research on electric vehicle load forecasting focuses on the spatiotemporal distribution of the load itself, with little consideration for the impact of user bounded rationality. This paper proposes a method for electric vehicle load forecasting that takes into account user bounded rationality. First, it simulates the actual travel patterns of electric vehicles. Then, it considers the subjective factors that influence decision-makers and uses an adsorption model to describe the bounded rational decision-making of users. Finally, using real spatial data from a city as an example, the Monte Carlo method is employed to obtain the spatiotemporal distribution of the load within the area, validating the effectiveness of the proposed method.
