Planning of Cluster Photovoltaic Power Stations Based on VSG Frequency Modulation Design

In the context of the integration of new energy into the power grid, this paper studies the frequency regulation strategy of Virtual Synchronous Generators (VSG) for the planning of cluster photovoltaic power stations. The paper designs a control strategy for the inverter virtual synchronous generator and analyzes the active and reactive characteristics of the interaction between the virtual synchronous machine and the power grid during off grid operation. Based on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform, a networked photovoltaic power generation system has been established. Verified the effectiveness of VSG strategy in regulating frequency in cluster photovoltaic power plant planning.
