Modeling and Analysis of A Hybrid Excitation Electromagnetic Lead Screw Based on the Equivalent Magnetic Circuit Method

In this paper, a magnetic equivalent circuit is proposed to improve the analysis accuracy and reduce the computation time of the hybrid excitation electromagnetic lead screw (HEMLS). The magnetic field distribution and the performance of the HEMLS can be analyzed by the proposed model. Finally, the calculation results are compared with the finite element method to verify the correctness of the proposed equivalent magnetic circuit method.
