Research on the Detection System for the Foundation of the Transmission Tower

This paper investigates the high precision automatic detection system for the foundation of the transmission tower. The system utilizes laser and inclination sensor modules to acquire data, integrates high-precision articulated motors and encoders, and based on PLC, the control system is constructed. By constructing kinematic variations and deviation compensation algorithms, the system achieves high-precision measurements of the heel and elevation difference of the pile group of the transmission tower foundation, which enables rapid and efficient measurements by a single operator, enhancing both measurement efficiency and quality.
