Neural Networks Features in the Task of Forecasting the Level of Accidents on the Public Roads

The use of neural networks, of recurrent ones, in particular (even if they have a simple architecture and do not make essential requirements to the processing power) allows to identify and apply such patterns, which eventually increases the accuracy of the forecast itself and enables to foresee the tendency of predicted phenomenon development.
