Enforcement in the Security of ATM Pin Entry

All keypad-based authentication systems are currently vulnerable, allowing a range of password cracking methods such as shoulder surfing to be used. Shoulder-surfing is the simplest method of detecting password input, and it is a primary password authentication attack. It’s quite difficult to keep going. Proposed ATM design undergoes two-factor authentication which includes fingerprint sensors and displays the shuffled words which confuses the person who is around you to figure out password. The random word generator concept will be very helpful in overcoming password guessing by the shoulder surfing technique. At first, fingerprint sensor is used for useridentification, and as the second step, the random word generation is performed in the display. Every transaction generates a different random word for each user. In addition to that IoT, the app is equipped with ATMs for communication over a wireless network.
