Raspberry Pi Assisted Automatic Pressure Control in Hydraulic Systems

A new integrated system created by the Raspberry Pi, specifically a cloud server, is being used in this system to upgrade the outdated automation system. Here, Raspberry Pi runs the entire hydraulic filter press management system, examines machine performance, and performs machine monitoring, setting it apart from other systems. The research makes recommendations for the hydraulic system's components as well as for tracking, controlling, measuring, and analyzing current data. Here, the Raspberry Pi runs the entire setup, evaluates efficiency, and conducts machine surveillance, setting it apart from other systems. In this scenario, a cloud server serves as a bridge between industrial machinery and management systems, with the Raspberry Pi serving as the central data storage device. Additionally, internal leaks, a frequent issue in hydraulic systems, can reduce effectiveness and dependability. The system keeps track of the fluid's pressure and movement, and if a breach is found, a relay is triggered to halt the pump and filtering system and stop further harm. The study's findings demonstrate that the system is effective at identifying and stopping internal hydraulic system leakage, which enhances the effectiveness and dependability of this filtering system.
