Design of high voltage ripple immunity test protection based on coupling mechanism

The safety of new energy vehicles remains an important issue. Through analyzing the safety accidents of new energy vehicles, it is found that these accidents have complex and systematic characteristics, among which the ripple in the high-voltage system is one of the main factors affecting safety. At present, high-voltage ripple testing standards have been gradually introduced, but the testing details and protection methods for high-voltage ripple immunity are not yet being perfected. Therefore, the paper focuses on the immunity testing of high-voltage ripple, analyzes the electrical characteristics of key components of new energy vehicles, and conducts systematic protection design. These designs include voltage balancing and stabilizing systems, optimizing system voltage losses, strengthening fault monitoring and protection mechanisms, and enhancing electrical isolation and insulation performance. By comprehensively applying these strategies, the safety and reliability of high-voltage ripple immunity testing can be improved, which has positive significance for the development of high-voltage testing standards.
