Functionality Introduction of Japanese Customized ILS Simulator

This paper introduces the concept of an instrument landing system (ILS) simulator developed by the Electronic Navigation Research institute (ENRI). The developed simulator is mainly used for treating Japanese environments. To minimize computer memory as much as possible, the raytracing method (RTM) was used as a numerical method for visualizing propagation path and electric field distribution.
