Research on the Optimization Method of LP-DSLIM Based on Sobol Sensitivity Analysis and Surrogate Model

Long primary double-sided linear induction motors (LP-DSLIM) have important application prospect in high-speed and high-thrust occasions. In this paper, the electromagnetic field finite element software is used to parametrically model LP-DSLIM, and the Kriging surrogate model is established with electromagnetic thrust and thrust fluctuation as the optimization goals. According to the optimization goal, the Sobol sequence method was used to analyze the global sensitivity of the motor structural variables and screen the key decision variables. Finally, the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used for optimization, and the optimization results are verified in the finite element model, which provides a new idea for the optimal design of LP-DSLIM based on the finite element model.
