Research on One-Key Sequence Control Intelligent Acceptance Technology of Substation in the Context of New Power System

With the continuous application of grid digitalization technology to the front line of production such as grid operation and maintenance and overhaul, the one-key sequence control technology, as a new technology for grid outage and power delivery reverse operation, can realize the safe, convenient and fast carrying out of grid outage, power delivery as well as fault isolation and other scenarios. However, it is a technical bottleneck to ensure that the one-key sequence control function is safely and orderly put into the grid safety production operation, so the acceptance of one-key sequence control is crucial. This paper proposes a method to realize fast and efficient acceptance of one-key sequence control based on the background database of substation monitoring host and the semantic recognition of field text of typical operation ticket. By comparing the text to be verified according to the characteristics and rules of the field information of the operation instruction, the respective hash mapping of the operation tasks and operation steps in the two texts is extracted. And based on natural language processing, the key-value pairs of hash mapping data cleaning, text standardization, word splitting, feature extraction, and ultimately realize the format unity of the messy data between two different databases, and ultimately in accordance with the different fields of word splitting information to complete the rapid checking and matching of all the one-key sequence control acceptance work.
