Analysis of Anti-Radiation Performance for a Domestic Satellite Borne Power Device

The research object of this paper is a high-power thick-film anti-radiation DC/DC power module, which can convert 70V~120V input voltage into 5V/120W rated output in a small size. On this basis, the module electrical performance parameters are tested and verified, and the total dose radiation testing of low dose rate and single-event radiation testing are carried out. Results show that the tested device main parameters are good and different numbered circuits datas highly coincidental, its anti-total dose radiation reaches 100krad(Si), single-event functional failure threshold LET value greater than or equal to
$\mathbf{75}\mathbf{MeV}\cdot \mathbf{cm}^{\mathbf{2}}/\mathbf{mg}$
, and it has good anti-single-event transient ability, which can work stably and efficiently in satellite borne environment.
