Research on Spectral Response Characteristics of Grounding Network and Monitoring Method of Soil Resistivity

In the transmission and use of electricity, the safety and reliability of power supply must be guaranteed. The grounding system can prevent people from being electrocuted, prevent equipment and lines from being damaged, prevent fires and lightning strikes, prevent electrostatic damage, and is an important power facility to safeguard the normal operation of the power system and the safety of staff. In the grounding network design, soil parameters are the influencing factors to be considered. Uniform soil environment belongs to the more ideal soil environment, most areas of the soil composition is more complex, with the season, temperature and rainfall changes, will affect the grounding network in the soil environment parameters change. Through the establishment of a horizontal two-layer soil model, reflecting the changes in the environment where the grounding network is located, the changes in the resistivity of the surface layer of the soil on the impedance characteristics of the grounding network of the influence of the law, as well as for the speculation of the soil resistivity to provide a new way of thinking. It is found that the change of soil resistivity in the upper layer has a greater influence on the spectral response characteristics. The ratio of the upper and lower soil resistivity hardly affects the spectral response of the grounding electrode at low frequencies, and with the gradual increase in frequency, the response will increase with the increase in the ratio of the upper and lower soil resistivity.
