A High Efficiency Active Class E Rectifier Over A Load Range

This paper provides a parameter choosing method for the design of high efficiency active Class E rectifiers by releasing the capacitor and duty cycle. It is no longer consistent with the duty cycle

of the corresponding diode, but uses it as a variable to find a higher efficiency point. At the same time, the capacitor

paralleled with the switch is also used as a design variable to further improve the rectifier's efficiency. Then an active Class E rectifier is designed, which can achieve a 20 V-2 A output with efficiency higher than 97.2% under a load range of 5 -20 Ω.
