Abstract:

Large-scale electric vehicles (EVs) will have a great impact on the reliability of distribution network. Aiming at the distribution network with EVs, this paper proposes a reliability evaluation method for distribution network, considering the charging and discharging characteristics of EVs. By simulating the charging and discharging behavior of EVs, the charging and discharging load power model of electric vehicles is obtained and compared from two aspects: type and intervention position, and the reliability of distribution system after electric vehicles are connected is comprehensively and accurately evaluated by sequential Monte Carlo method. Finally, the simulation results of the main feeder F4 of IEEE-RBTS Bus6 model verified the validity and accuracy of the proposed approach in this article.
