Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Vehicle In-Wheel Motor Based on Multi-Physical Field Coupling

In order to find out the general law of vibration characteristics of permanent magnet vernier motor for in-wheel motor vehicle, a method of vibration characteristics analysis and research of induction motor based on multi-physical field coupling is introduced. The electromagnetic force of the permanent magnet vernier motor is coupled with the vibration characteristics through the harmonic response analysis, and the vibration solution and calculation of the permanent magnet vernier motor are realized. The results of the analysis prove that the radial electromagnetic force of the motor is the main cause of the vibration problem.
