Voltage Analysis of Distribution Network Based on Data-Driven Source-Load Distribution Curve

The stochastic nature of PV output and the volatility of load power consumption have a significant impact on the voltage of distribution networks, so a data-driven distribution network voltage analysis model based on the source-load distribution graph is proposed. Firstly, the impacts of PV and load access on the distribution network are analysed, and the key factors affecting voltage are extracted, and then the K-means clustering algorithm is used to find the “worst” scenario in which the PV power is the smallest and the load power is the largest. This data set is used as an input, and finally the simulation is carried out on the IEEE 33-node distribution system to output the voltage at each node, which verifies that the proposed model has good engineering value.
