Prediction of Medium and Long Term Power Grid Energy Loss in the Central of China Based on Simulation Calculation

The formulation and prediction of line loss rate has always been one of the important tasks for power grid enterprises. By studying the trend of power grid energy loss and line loss rate in the medium and long term, loss reduction goals are proposed, which are conducive to achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. This article considers the influence of factors such as power grid structure, operation mode and load growth on power grid energy loss, and proposes a prediction method for medium and long-term power grid energy loss based on simulation calculation. This article also presents the prediction results of the trend of medium and long-term power grid energy loss in the Central of China. It is expected that the power grid energy loss is mainly related to the changes of power grid structure and inter-provincial electric quantity. Finally, this paper proposes practical and feasible measures to reduce power grid energy loss.
