DTP-PMSM fault-tolerant control strategy based on improved MRAS

Dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTP-PMSM) is widely used in aeronautical electric propulsion systems, and vector space decoupling(VSD) is a common control method for them. On this basis, speed sensorless control and fault-tolerant control have also attracted many scholars' research. But the fault-tolerant control on the basis of MRAS is a difficult problem. This article presents a re-decoupling of the model for open-phase fault detection in DTP-PMSM. It proposes a method involving virtual voltage, which facilitates the reconstruction of the MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) with adjustable models. Furthermore, simple adjustments are made to the adaptive law. Finally, verification is conducted through SIMULINK simulations.
