Simulation and Rapid Performance Evaluation of Temperature Rise Distribution in High-Voltage Switchgear

High-voltage switchgear is widely used in power transmission and distribution networks, and its temperature rise performance under long-term electrification is directly related to the safety and reliability of power supply. The finite element model for high-voltage switchgear is established to simulate and analyze its temperature rise distribution and voltage distribution, as well as the change law of temperature rise with structural material parameters and environmental parameters in the paper. The weak points of excessive temperature rise in switchgear and critical temperature rise parameters are analyzed. A rapid evaluation method for temperature rise performance is proposed based on the simulation results of temperature rise and the change law of temperature rise time. The evaluation effect of contact temperature rise under different measured times is compared, and the influence of environmental parameters on the temperature rise of switchgear is verified by experimenting.
